Jonathan Reitman, M.D

Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine Specialist

Dr. Reitman has worked extensively in the field of addiction medicine for almost 20 years. In 2007 he became the medical director of a hospital-based inpatient detoxification unit, where he has since treated over 3,000 patients. He is a licensed buprenorphine provider and has treated 1,500 + opioid-dependent individuals with MAT protocols.

Eric Chaghouri, M.D.

Psychiatrist

Dr. Eric Chaghouri, a UCLA Summa Cum Laude graduate, earned his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine and completed a forensic psychiatry fellowship at USC. He leads a thriving practice in West Hollywood and Century City, specializing in co-occurring disorders, forensic psychiatry, and evidence-based treatment, while consulting for legal and media entities.

Lilit Sahakyan

Nurse Practitioner

Lilit Sahakyan is a nurse practitioner specializing in substance abuse treatment and co-occurring psychiatric disorders. She currently serves as an addictionologist at a state-of-the-art Beverly Hills medical practice. She has also worked with numerous centers in the Los Angeles area.

Lydia Butler

LVN – Licensed Vocational Nurse

Lydia has been a Licensed Vocational Nurse for 32 years. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in the sciences and has worked in the recovery/rehab industry for 20 years. During her leisure, she enjoys acting and has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild for 33 years. Lydia has also been a licensed foster care parent with Los Angeles County for the past 10 years.

Claudia Gutierrez

Licensed Vocational Nurse

Claudia Gutierrez, a licensed vocational nurse with over 4 years of experience in drug and alcohol rehabilitation, earned her LVN from Summit Career College. Specializing in compassionate, evidence-based care, she is highly skilled in teamwork and communication to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Bryan received his Master of Science degree in Educational Psychology from California State University, Northridge, graduating with honors. He is also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Having worked extensively with high profile record labels and individuals, he is a veteran in the music industry. As a result, Bryan has a unique skill set with which to assist those who suffer from various addictions, anxiety and depression.

Claro is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about providing a non-judgmental and safe space for all individuals. He deeply feels that each client has unique needs and circumstances and thus deserve a personalized approach and treatment plan rather than a “one size fits all” perspective. Claro builds realistic and attainable goals through a strength based and person-centered therapeutic approach.

Breathwork Facilitator

Jeremy is a Breathwork Facilitator that trained under Jason Amoroso and Maura Moynihan at Revelation Breathwork. His purpose is to show people how they can connect to their own body through their breath. This allows them to tap into their own innate healing abilities to process unfelt emotional traumas that get stored in the nervous system. Jeremy loves working with people who are committed to finding their own path to their inner healing.

AMFT – Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

Richard Koo is an LA based artist with a passion for going against the norm. Richard began cultivating his creative abilities early in life and was formally trained at California State University, Northridge. While expanding his perspective in art and life, Richard wandered down some dark paths and found himself addicted to mind altering substances. In this darkness was forged a passion and desire to help others struggling with similar vices.
